EDF Renewables has implemented Coupa - a best-in-class, business spend management system, that helps us to connect and transact with our suppliers. Coupa applies to all registered suppliers supplying goods or services to EDF Renewables globally.

What is Coupa?

Coupa is a business spend management system that EDF Renewables is implementing to transform the way we buy goods and services, receive invoices and pay suppliers.

What are the benefits of Coupa for our registered suppliers?

No cost for suppliers to register on the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).

Increased compliance, efficiency, and visibility.

Simplify the end-to-end procurement process.

Ability for suppliers to track purchase orders and payment of invoices online.

How do I register for Coupa?

All existing EDFR registered suppliers will receive invitations directly from EDFR to register on Coupa and will be invited to training sessions on how to use the Coupa supplier portal (CSP). Training material will also be available on the EDFR website.

Please note: If you register as a Potential Supplier with EDFR you are NOT automatically added on the EDFR Registered Supplier list. Only if you are accepted as a registered supplier, will you receive an email invitation to register on the Coupa system and access a Coupa account.
